PART THREE: WORKING WITH PARTS - RECLAMATION 💫
In 2013 I met my future self during a healing session; I didn’t know it at the time, this realisation came later. I called her the Bookshop Girl and my encounter with her was a precursor to an extraordinary kundalini awakening 6 months later. This experience seeded in my body and psyche an inner knowing that we have an immense capacity beyond the 5 senses to access our greater potentials, gather wisdom and learn to create consciously. The Bookshop Girl was an amazing introduction to inherent qualities within myself that were unconscious and unrealised at the time. Within 12 months of my encounter with her I had undergone a transformative process that brought her into physical form and she was now an embodied aspect of myself and lived experience.
Our relationships need nurturing attention, care and presence to enable them to endure, evolve and thrive. As do the internal relationships we hold within us. We can intentionally explore, foster and deepen into our interior PARTS of our Selves. Interior refers to those internal aspects (that are either consciously/unconsciously expressed) of our Personality, Archetypal Forces, Wounds, Higher/Multidimensional Self, Anima/Animus.
Robert Johnson uses the term ‘Active Imagination’ to describe the use of the supraconscious mind to dialogue & relate with PARTS ~ this relational space becomes informed with insights, wisdom and strategies to integrate often neglected aspects of our natures. I like to refer to working with PARTS as working within IMAGINAL WORLDS ~ building relationship with one’s INNER CHILD, INNER HERO, INNER MASCULINE & FEMININE, HIGHER SELF, GUARDIAN opens up streams of insight/ wisdom and access to resources to integrate into our lives. The reclamation is the returning/ reclaiming ones whole nature - often referred to as ‘having a seat at the table’ - invited, included and honoured.
It has taken some 9 years to weave together these threads into a navigational map of sorts, building upon my studies in Transpersonal & Depth Psychology. Since completing my training as a Quantum Healing Practitioner I have a deeper understanding of these potencies across timeframes and levels of consciousness. I can now traverse these inner landscapes to potentialise and harness new awarenesses and capacity to heal fragmented parts of myself. We all have the ability to access the many aspects of our Self and/or supra consciousness.
I’ve stepped into something glorious, a solidification, a coalescence of knowledge and experience which has opened up greater resources and exaltation. It could be a natural evolution or divine timing that has bought about radical change ~ whatever the causal forces at play ~ I now understand the map in greater detail than ever before. I get it! All the pieces have landed, taken root and now I can build within imaginal worlds...
