“The curious paradox is when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change”.

~Carl Rogers

COUNSELLING

Once you’ve decided to seek external support, finding the right counsellor or therapist can feel daunting. A successful therapeutic relationship requires multiple points of alignment, including a sense of resonance in relating, the appropriate skill set to meet your needs, and the capacity to build trust over time.

Experience shows that therapeutic work often unfolds in chapters, addressing the needs that arise at different points along your life path. I draw from a broad range of approaches — including CBT, Sensorimotor Art Therapy, Creative and Expressive Arts, Parts Work, and Transpersonal modalities — to help clients strengthen their internal resources, gain clarity and direction, develop self-awareness, and access their innate potential beyond imposed limitations.

If you feel the call and resonance to begin a new chapter, I look forward to meeting with you.

‘Knowing oneself comes from attending with compassionate curiosity to what is happening within.’
